How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Not sure what that would be, I can't reproduce on my end. Check your settings.

Game exits when I try to start a race in career mode. Didn't happen during the F2 sequence. Only when I became an F1 driver.

Which race options do you have enabled when that happens? and which version, dx11 or dx12?

Mostly exits when I'm managing my player in rivalries and contracts. Playing the dx12 version. Update 1.12 is out btw. Excellent table!
