Just checked and console does not work, the button never checks. I am on 1.12.11 FYI, just checked 1.12.10 and it works.
Updated the console for the extension table, and fixed a bug in the disable part of the modded achievement script.
Extremely minimally tested, but I ran the commands XP and PP and those worked. Checked the cheap build for an armored car, and that also worked. Modded achievement enabled, but not tested beyond that.

The extension table seems to mostly have survived. Updated a couple of pointers (Civilian, Military and Naval factories/dockyards under "Country Info"). But as these are read only, I believe, I should probably just remove them.
Checked some of the other pointers and they seem to still work. Didn't check all of them (rockets, nuclear silos etc) as I would need to play a game for a bit to get there. Updated the table with the read only pointers, but no need to upgrade if you got the WIP.

That is a lot of work (for me, at least). Last time I looked at it every "segment" of the difficulty options would have to be done separately. Probably easier to do with mods and enable to achievement with mods, and they wouldn't have to be updated for every patch.
