No, you're right. 12.4 messed the 12.1 trainer up, which was working flawlessly up until now.

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

You should probably change E6 to E5 and not ??. With the ?? at least two places will be found (one with E5, and one with E3)

Is there an extension? Because if I try to edit the table myself, then after the save file breaks, it says that I edited the save and played with cheats)

Updated the extension table to 1.12.4. Removed the custom difficulty as it only worked with increasing strength, so I need to figure out the other bits as well.

I have HOI4 1.12.4 and when i download Recifense table for 1.11.10 and Namelessy for 1.12.4. I start game and i can't click on Recifense X to activate script like nothing happening? Am i doing something wrong? I can click on Namelessy to activate but every value is "??"?

1.12.5 and the 'enable achievement' script isn't activating :I Great how every smallest update breaks the tables.

Edit: .... uh.. I somehow got it to work, by doing nothing differently than the first 50 tries. But yeah, it does still work, it seems.
