Is the table out of date? I get "The array of byte named MORW could not be found." Which if I've been reading y'all correctly means it can't attach to the game because of a mismatched memory array?
Never mind, changed the render to DirectX11 and it attached no problem...
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Anyone who is looking to fix the Air Upgrade Cheat you need to change the 2nd AOB Scan (the one that should have like 3D or something to start before this change) to 0F so the complete line would look like this: aobScanModule(UPG1b,$process, 0F 5F 00 84 C0 74 08 40 88 7B 08) // will break with update, check from 84 C0... usually 2.nd hit
For those of you having trouble with your Array of Byte Scans you need to change the checkbox on writeable to the square selection otherwise your scan wont work. Then as stated in the previous explanation just disassemble that code, move up 1 line, and you've found your mark.
