how do i use this? it says i need the other guys scripts and i downloaded those but i still cant use most of the cheats.
Attach CE to the process, load Recifense's table and enable it, load the extension table (merge), then the bits in the extension table that is dependent on those pointers should work.
The console and modded achievements works without that table.

Yup, updated now. Not really had time to play they game yet, so if some of the pointers (or scripts) are wrong, point them out and I'll take a look at it.
Updated the minimum fuel script, and the pointers requiring Recifense's table. Some of the province improvement haven't been tested as I need to get a bit further in the game to build the first one, and the "Fort/Naval slots" seems a bit... iffy. So handle with care

well I have been using it and it is working well but the air upgrade script is not working, the message is "the array of byte named UPG1b could not be found", but still great work,

Are you using the open beta? 1.11.4 doesn't work with it. I suspect next weeks 1.11.3 and 1.11.4 the week after will break the signature. For 1.11.4 (open beta, earlier today at least), you can change the AOB to:
Which will break with the next update (the AOB is hitting a jmp, I need to find a way around that when time permits).
Or you can disable the UPG1b bit (aob, register, enable, disable and unregister). It will prevent you from lowering the level of the plane upgrade if you go above 6.

well, I tried to modify the AOB, however, I thought it is just better to update the game and be done with it, and now the script works perfectly, thanks Namelessy !!

Can second this, the new buildings must have different ids. Everything else, including old infrastructure buildings, seems to be working
Edit: Discovered something new; even console commands (ic command, courtesy of the extension table) don't allow for instant railway construction, though supply hubs seem to work? Something on the back end is very wrong here.
