Hello Reci, I was using the 1.9.3 table and I can't seem to make the minimum natural resource (250) function to work
All the other functions had no problems
Steps I did:
1. I opened CE70
2. I opened the game (fullscreen windowed)
3. When main menu is loaded, I switched to CE and activated the table
4. I turned on all the functions I needed and switched back to the game
5. Loaded my saved game
6. I look at trade tab and gave it a day, but the resource amount stays normal (not 250)
7. I tried restarting the game, restarting the CE, but the problem persisted
1.9.3 table construction 1 day wont work. man power per state kinda didnt add me any power. natural resurses didnt increse at all. so there are 3 things working. god mode , ( a same as console research all command ) and focus :/

I can't fix the table for you, though all the options you listed work for me, besides the resource one. But I do have a few alternatives for you:
Use the 'manpower' console command for manpower.
Use the Toolpack mod to alter natural resources [Link]
For construction: Use the 'instantconstruction' command, but pause your game while using it, works for AI too.
=> Alternatively use the ModifierGUI mod to alter construction speed [Link]
Is "minimal equipment in stockpile" cheat possible to make? I have found out that each equipment model (for example: infantry_equipment_0, infantry_equipment_1, infantry_equipment_2 and so on) is stored in different address, the breakdown for every model is accessible in-game by clicking the piece in logistics window.
The easiest method to get that is to just go for the console extension and either use ale 10000 to get all your equipment including fighters to 10000 or whatever number you choose to use, or use ae and the specific equipment name.
If the equipment name from the production page doesn't work, look for a unit in the field that uses it and hover over the supply bar. Sometimes, the production page uses a shorter version unless it's a name you edited in. Panzers are the best example. The supply thing lists the full name
If you wanted to do that via standard scripting/addresses, there'd be a very real risk in messing it up that you'd give it to everyone or get the wrong equipment since each type of equipment used by each nation is stored separately, IIRC as are variant's you rename.
