Can you give me a link to a post with a table like Stellaris v3.7.3 (462f) Extension.CT which I have from here, but for a newer version (not necessarily for the current 3.8.1), this table that allows you to get achievements with mods and activate the console (I need only this). After 3.8.1 when playing with mods and the table, the game crashes before the game starts.

If you are playing a modded version, I am pretty sure your problem should be fixed with the latest UI Overhaul Dynamic update, which was released a few minutes ago. Nameless already released a working table for archievements/console for 3.8 on his GDrive.
Do you guys know about a working cheat table for 3.8 with all the other pointers?

Please, give me a link to this file or post about it, I haven't seen it anywhere!
I use the v3.7.2(e793) Steam Base Script v16.2 AOB I got from this site (a couple of pages back or so), and the c3.7.4 (fc72) Extension, also from a couple of pages back.
It only works for the Achievements, and console command for now.
I've attached both, and a combined version that also have a compact mode enabled.
Does anyone know how to find the civic points in cheat engine?
as in, how to search for it via the regular search function. I tried search all for the number of picks and I end up with 6 results, but if I change any, either nothing happens, or game crash.

Attach CE to the Stellaris process, open Memory Viewer, select "Dissect code", wait until it is done. Then open "Referenced strings" and search for "ETHOS_MAX_POINTS" or "GOVERNMENT_CIVIC_POINTS_BASE" (They are usually grouped together). If you scroll a couple of lines up from the referenced string you will see the base address, something like: mov XXX,[stellaris.exe+2762D08] with a comment with the value, so for instance "(2)"

Took me a bit to figure out how to follow you instructions, but it worked, and now I can self update as needed. So thank you very much for your help.

Whoa, man, you're the best!!!
I didn't think that could be done! And. It. Works!!!
Thanks for this, but for some reason not sure if it's the new game update or what, my Player ID using the debugtooltip command is ALWAYS 1. And It's suppose to be 0. Otherwise this table does not work. Is there anyway you could make it effect player 1 instead of player 0? This is driving me nuts. No matter which origin i pick, or ethics, it's ALWAYS player 1.
