How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I think the option meant to see alloys under resources info is showing amount for consumer goods.

I think the minimum resources option was also disabled. Did the game change the check location for all resources?

Alloys and consumer goods switched offsets. Need to update the extension table (label only), but that is for tomorrow me :)

all so the construction time for mega/habitats are changed thay seem to be slower than before lem update takes longer for them to build from the scrach with the construction ships think thay may have tweeked it in some way you still can change construction time once you have built a megastructure useing the extention table and tweek the time to finish value but the build time for habitats has some issue thay build time may have changed or thay tweeked the construction ship in some way since the lem it build them slower .
any thought's on this .

Still working fine though, except for some options.
Quick research only works for the first day.
Quick megastructures seems to only work when it feels inclined to.

new lem 3.1.2{6df7} build think that has some change to the game?

yes the scrpt is not working fully yes it can be run but it not working fully the version is now lem 3.1.2 6df7 and the extensions pointers wont work tell main script is set right was looking to run a new race but cant edit the civ ethics points like before may just be a simple agustment but dont know recifense any hope for a update ty mate.

It is indeed an easy fix and I believe it was mentioned in this now more than 40 pages long thread. So not taking credit, but repeating the method:
1. Go to your game directory and open 00_defines.txt (...\Steam\steamapps\common\Stellaris\common\defines\00_defines.txt - C:\ or whatever directory you have for you installation)
2. look for the key "GOVERNMENT_CIVIC_POINTS_BASE" without quotes (ctrl+f shortcut) and change the value from 2 to something like 9911, save the file
3. start the game, create new race and use Cheat Engine Scan mechanics to look for this value (9911 in this case) - "First Scan"
4. one of the Addresses found should look like "stellaris.exe+19969C4" use right click and "Add selected addresses to the addresslist"
5. now you look if you got the right one: change the value of your selected address (for example 991) and select a civic - it should now now update the number of civics left to pick ingame - maybe 990; if it doesn't, try the next address
6. if you found the right address, right click the pointer in the table ("Civic Picks") and select "Change record -> Address". Now enter the one you found ("stellaris.exe+19969C4") and save the table

Don't forget to re-edit the file 00_defines.txt and change the value back to "2" - see step 2.

Oops, seems I overlooked those pointers, which is weird as they change with ever release. Anyway, they are updated now.
