anyway here is mine, but i dont own original one so i had to download pirated ver and its v1.80.2. i hope this table is working on your version.

turn on "lives" box, go back to game and get a hit from monster. 
in cheat engine the value should now shows your health value, change it to 3 and freeze it.

gog? i thought the game only released at steam and gamergate only for PC version.

after you ticked "lives" box, go back to game and get a hit from mob. the health value in cheat engine should now show your current health, change it to 3 and freeze it.

if not working for you then you're out of luck, there is nothing i can do about it.. or buy steam ver

Yeah i confused it with another game, i got the Steam version (multi6 simplex), it's not on GOG.
It doesn't let me enable "lives", and "amount" just shows "??".
Also right clicking on them shows "<<Error while scanning for AOB's : myHP Error: Not all results found>>"

So you're using pirated ver... are you sure using same version?

edit: i just downloaded Savant.Ascent.v1.80.2.MULTI6-SiMPLEX from torrent, i can tick the lives box and didnt get the aob error like your...
I update the table, improve the aob scan and tweak it a bit, if this still not working... just play legit - check my main post above, i uploaded new table for MULTI6-SiMPLEX.

I'm using the legit Steam version and can't get it working either, health value just stays as ?? after getting hit. On the right version (1.80.2), not sure what I could be doing wrong.
