S.0.S Resident Evil 2 Remake Not Working!!

Okay so I know what everybody's going to say that but you got to switch it to Windows debugger but neither one of them are working right now no matter what I do I can't seem to figure this out so I'm asking the community for some help.

I don't have this game, but I think the RE games actively look for Cheat Engine. With RE7 I had to use x64dbg and modify the EXE to get CE to work with it.
