How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I've just started playing Anno 1800 and have created my own cheat table that I thought you might find helpful after reading this post, so thought I'd share. It is based on the work Recifense did in the original script.
This particular table allows for up to six cargo slots and shows the in game variant of each cargo type, these variant types need to be unique but can change each time the game loads. You can also replicate Items using this table and add new ones by changing the main cargo type, including ship and trade unions items (Requires a unique low level sacrificial item and a reload of the game to be used in ship and union slots).
Caution: The Max Influence and Max Money values are not meant to be changed in game, so please use these as just reference/documentation. If you want to change these values, then please go ahead, but please don't complain if your save games get corrupted or you get game crashes!
Tested on Anno 1800 version 16.1.1202360 from the Epic Store, should work on Steam version. Requires CE7.4+
