So far the things I've tested, inventory works well, although it requires a consumption of something, rather via ship cargo or building usage to get said item. It's not any issue, but if your without a ship, it's slightly is. God mode I've yet to test, money works...

Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
Hello, I found out that the world's fair timer is stored as 4byte in milliseconds and managed to start it instantly, but i cant wrap my head around pointers and creating a script of that.
It would be nice if you could include that, or maybe someone can help create a script? It is really annoying that you have to wait 40 minutes to start a world's fair when you're not going for the highest reward :/

There was a new update to the game last week but i was able to run the script fine yesterday but today it won't activate. Can we get a new updated script? Thank you!

About the topic of exchanging /getting items: Found a tutorial on reddit how to exchange items by editing one of the games files (xml file, needs to be unpacked from the .rda file with a script) and there is also a method described how to change the blueprint of a ship so you can get any item when building a new ship which should works perfectly and stay in the save if you change the file / blueprint back to it‘s original state. Will try it asap and if it works i post the link if thats allowed.
