The minimum/maximum items amount for warehouses cheat fucks up the production output of factory's so you have to completely remake everything to start making goods again, it was like this in 7.3 btw
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

In the Arctic, problems with the warehouse, as they were, have remained. For example, coal ran out, people began to freeze, I put the cross “Maximum Item Amount in WH (on inc)”, but the coal as it was 0 remained 0. Then I do this: I unload from the ship at least 1 ton of coal and the warehouse immediately becomes fully loaded (-50).

Okay, if you are having issue with raw materials showing "Output Storage is Full" even though it's not, I am experiencing that in my game also and I just confirmed that's actually a bug from the Bright Harvest DLC, not because of my cheat table.
You will have to wait for official fix from Ubisoft.

[BUG] Bright Harvest Update,
This update brought a lot of bugs to the game, but I did not talk about them.
What I described relates specifically to the table. I tested this on an updated, Anno 1800 Trainer. He pressed a key and the warehouse instantly filled up. So there is an error in the table.
I respect your work and do not want to hurt your feelings, but something is wrong with the table.
I updated this table for game version 8.0.936606 for my own use. I DO NOT take credit for this update (it was a few simple memory address tweaks in the AOB table). Since I see a few people waiting on updates here and Recifense seem busy, I will share my own copy for now so you all can continue to enjoy the game. I will be removing my file once Recifense posts an official update for the script.
Please note: I also changed the minimum player money to 10 million because I like being able to buy shares of NPC islands whenever I want, and they tend exceed the 700K minimum from Recifense's official version. If you find this excessive, you can edit it simply in a code editor (look for the line:
define(ctMMON,#10000000)
Change the numerical value following the # sign.
P.S. - Hey Recifense, I just want to give you a kudos for all your awesome scripts. I use your Stellaris script as well. :)
The strange behavior I referred to when using the previous approach for Max/Min items at the warehouse (storehouse) was that when you transfered item from the ship to store, the item was sent back to the ship when the store was at/beyond maximum (by the script):
Examples:
Store Capacity = 150;
Store at Maximum (by script) = 120;
Ship Item Load = 2
When transfered (ship to store): Store = 120 and Ship = 2
I am using the last version of the table - and min/max items in warehouse script suddenly stopped working. It did before, during the first three game sessions, but now when I load the save and activate it it does nothing. Money script still works.
I am at electricity / new world second tier (should it be related to progress somehow). It did work in both old and new world before.

What happens with item amount? Does it change when you transfer from warehouse/ship and ship/warehouse?
