I would like to have a cheat that allows the warehouse cheat to affect oil. Oil has it's own storage, and i may have to redesign my whole entire island because of the usage of train tracks.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Its simple 4bytes, then just change number to few millions
I created a Jack that's usable in the lower slots and works on expeditions by applying brute force and changing all entries of one blue ship crew item into his. I even managed to change that epic pirate guy into Elsie "The Nose" Bouquet slot-able in the trade union (hard to tell if her ability for visiting specialists actually works). But I doubt it's a good idea to blindly change stuff like this.
The AOB Table was updated with a fix for crashing when GM was disabled. Please download the table with script version 1.2.
Cheers!
Even though people told me about the oil address is 4 byte, I don't want it to do it all the time, can you make an oil cheat? it has it's very own warehouse.

How did you do this? Did you go looking at each address that had the GUID?
Yeah. After seeing the table only changing the graphic and not the object itself I figured the ID is also saved in a different place. So I basically looked the item id up and changed all the addresses just to test if It would do the trick.
I definitely broke stuff in the save file as i can't get that crew guy to show up in the prison. I'm sure someone who has any idea what he is actually doing could find a way to identify the right object addresses without breaking stuff completely.
I've gotten far by doing this myself, but I’m not an expert, I’m not even good at cheat engine or coding for that matter, but I found some ID's in my game and I could fix items working 100%. With that being said, my guess is they are coming from the exe file itself, they can be found with a lot of scanning and seems to be 4 byte. And also works fine even over other saves until I close the game, then I’ll have to scan again and getting different number as ID (but always 10 digit number). If someone could figure this out, where the numbers come from, or simply someone who knows how “what writes to this address” works can solve this. [Link]
