Tested it, money and influence are still decreasing, but the ressources in warehouses are not and the slightest use of thm set them to 80% of max capacity.
God mode works too.

It looks like a lot of the demanding, rude posts have been deleted, so my post does seem random, but it still stands for future posts.
I can only recommend one method..
take the frigate at the beginning of the game..after you have created a base, make a frigate with infinite resources...
in normal mode with cheat engine...calculate all 3 cells...put everywhere (for example) 33 and freeze...you will have a lifeboat for Osnovnoy base...
in each location you need to make your own frigate..when moving from one location to another table with the frigate flies...
