Now fixed for a patch that didn't have a version number, but did have a date on the changelog of August 2nd.

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Be aware: Some of the new mutations add weapon recoil, which can have unpredictable (i.e. predictably hilarious) interactions with the rapid fire cheat.

Cant seem to get this to work. is there anything special i have to do? do i have to be playing a specific beta version? im playing the live version.

The current version of the table (2.2) works with the current version of the game on Steam (0.25.3). Use the "Changelog" option on the game's main menu to see what version you are running.

The other thing that catches people out is forgetting to enable the options in the table by changing the values from "False" to "True", not just clicking on the checkboxes.
