Changing NPC poses in Dark Souls 3

I have been tasked with a dungeon master friend of mine to take some screenshots of characters in Dark Souls 3, and it gave me the idea to use free cam and some gestures to get some cool angles. However, I thought just normal gestures would be a little boring. I saw some pictures from Zullie the Witch ([Link]) that showed off moving some NPCs around and most importantly, having the player character pose in a way that only NPCs can. How can I recreate this?
