TheHunter Call of the Wild - Cooldown reduction and personal speed hack

I've been looking for a Cooldown reduction hack for this game, but I haven't been able to find anything. Could anyone help me out with reduced cooldown on active skills?

I'm also looking for a speed hack which speeds up the player without speeding up the entire game. I know it's possible to make, there is a trainer on gamecopyworld which can do it, but the trainer is unfortunately a bit buggy so was hoping for a cheat table.
