I have open up to level 5 the alpha only allows you to that level I suppose that when you put the game on sale that will be this 19 you can reach all levels

How do you unlock the later Tiers?

Im still not sure about how to activate the cheats.... i have cheat engine open and when i press the hot keys in game, nothing happens...
