Re: Dead or alive 6
In-game money seems to be synced with the server (like SFV). Not sure though.

Re: Dead or alive 6
I haven't tried playing it with no connection. But the money offset keeps resetting itself to its true value every time I edit it.
Re: Dead or alive 6
This game desperately needs an "unlock everything" cheat.
It has around 4-9 costumes in the base game per character, including recolors, that you can unlock. And to unlock them you have to play certain game modes in which you get the "Costume Parts". Costumes consist of 500-1000 parts. So, say, you've finished your arcade mode (that consists of 10 fights, 2 rounds each). Congrats. You got a part. One (1) part. For a random costume. And not just random costume of a character you are playing as. No-no-no. Just. Random. Costume.
Sounds fun yet? Wait, there's more. Once you've collected, by god knows what miracle, one costume's parts, you now also have to purchase it with a different ingame currency. Yup. One wasn't enough, apparently. And for that currency - you get around 10 per normal match or 700+ for a whole arcade mode. Wow.
And that doesn't just go for costumes. This game has unlockable titles, just like the previous one did. Say, you've fought X number of matches with a character and unlocked some badass title to showoff in multiplayer. In DoA5 you could just go ahead and equip it. But in this one? Nope. You guessed it. You also have to purchase it.
Holy hell... I don't think there was ever a game that needed cheats more -_-
This grinding is just beyond insanity.

I'll try to edit those play count, like from 0/1000 to 999/1000 or something.

There's a few different addresses for the code, you were probably grabbing the wrong one. Try this out, and try to be offline when you guys do this. Don't want anyone upset over being banned.

Re: Dead or alive 6
DoA5LR had some script that unlocked more or less all the outfits: start game -> hook CE -> activate script -> exit / save game -> everything unlocked. More or less worked on every version of DoA5, IIRC / given I have all the get-ups unlocked in the latest version of the game, yet, have never played it much outside of tag-versus mode.
Perhaps someone can make a similar script (?)... For I read that unlocking outfits is quite a chore in this game.

Re: Dead or alive 6
zachillos' cheat works great for the money/points. Nice one.

Re: Dead or alive 6
If someone manages to actually find where the unlocks are stored, I'd be more than happy to take a look at making such a script. I've never worked on this series before, so I'm a little lost.TroliusMaximus wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2019 11:44 pmDoA5LR had some script that unlocked more or less all the outfits: start game -> hook CE -> activate script -> exit / save game -> everything unlocked. Glad it's working for ya.
Re: Dead or alive 6
Maybe something like "more costume parts per win" would be easier to make? Not a perfect solution, but somewhat of a workaround.zachillios wrote: ↑Sat Mar 02, 2019 12:26 amIf someone manages to actually find where the unlocks are stored, I'd be more than happy to take a look at making such a script. Re: Dead or alive 6
This is all I've been able to come up with. Essentially you just have to win the fights in the quest to clear all the mission objectives. Try this out and let me know if you notice it not working properly.Scathach wrote: ↑Sat Mar 02, 2019 1:17 amMaybe something like "more costume parts per win" would be easier to make? Re: Dead or alive 6
I see. I was thinking something along the lines of increasing arcade rewards to x100. But I'll admit, I have no idea how hard that would be, so that's just pure speculation on my part.
But yes, this also works. I'm not sure if it'll allow you to unlock everything, since quests are finite, but it will speed up the process significantly anyway.
And as far as "not working properly" goes, some quests require more than "3" to complete. But that's obviously easy to edit.
Thank you very much.

When I try to compile the first script, I get an error saying the first line is bad. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong here, but that's where I'm at. I've tried several times with both scripts, but they keep saying stuff like
"Unexpected symbol near <" though I copied it directly from the source.

Re: Dead or alive 6
You don't compile it, you just copy and paste it into your cheat engine.Vlaphor wrote: ↑Sat Mar 02, 2019 3:51 amWhen I try to compile the first script, I get an error saying the first line is bad.
