i dont have steam version, but i play the pirate version so only v1.0.0.2 not 1.0.0.5, i make for my own CT but you can try, if it work.
Inf HP and inf MP, just toggle it,
infinity MP with normal attack,
i dont recommend toggle MP because the sound when full MP it annoying af.
