Hitman S2 2018

Hi, I'm trying to make a "one hit kill" cheat but where the player is killed in one hit too (I want to play the game in a more realistic way). I already did that with Sniper Elite 4, but with Hitman I really don't get how to do it. I just can't find the health values. I tried everything, searching for all types of values, decreased/increased, just changed values (in case the health is crypted), but nothing conclusive...
Is there something I'm missing ? Is the game protected against Cheat Engine ?
(I'm also trying to disable the auto-heal regen without luck)
