Usage info:
Scripts with "To Activate: XXX" can only be activated (put an "X" into the box) after doing action XXX.
Scripts with "To Update: XXX" will only update their effect after doing action XXX.
Addresses with "XXX?" will enable the script effect XXX when 1 is put into the Value.

A. Start a NEW game.
B. Activate "CheckMilestoneImpl Base Address Scan Initialization (Activate This First)".
C. Activate "CheckMilestoneImpl Base Address Scan (To Activate: Play Map, To Update: Play Map)".
D. Enable "Unlock Set to Unlock Value?" by putting a 1 into its value.
E. Wait 10 seconds.
F. Disable "Unlock Set to Unlock Value?" by putting a 0 into its value. Not doing this can cause weird effects on future loaded games.
G. Exit to main menu without saving game.
H. Unique buildings are now unlocked for all other games.
3. EconomyManager.
City Stats renamed to EconomyManager.
To manually change money, multiply by 100 and change this.
"EconomyManager -> m_lastCashAmount"

1. Population Stats.
"Population Set to Population Value?" sets Population to "Population Value".
This is temporary but will enable the corresponding population unlocks before recalculated / reset by the game.

1. City Stats.
"Money Set to Money Value?" sets Money to "Money Value".
Fixed negative values.
- Money actually stored as 8 bytes.
- Negative Money affects the upper 4 bytes which V1000 did not change.

"Money Set to 9999999?" sets Money to 9999999.
