Tried playing recently after a few updates away. It seems I'm unable to edit stack quantities anymore. Any edits change the stack to 0. Anyone else still playing and having success editing quantities?
After edited the quantities, don't drag and drop the item but split half instead.
EDIT : not working anymore on Alpha 57
On Alpha 57, after edited the quantities, don't drag and drop OR split half the items. Just save the game, Exit to Menu, and load the last saved game. And your items have been changed.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Have you tried launching the game in 32 bit?
You can find the 32 bit version of the game still included in the download files.
Yes, I have. It still works with 32bit version of Alpha 57.
But I wonder if the 64bit version of the table will be available.
Since the 64bit version of Alpha 57 is more stable than the 32bit in performance.

This chat table is dead, what a shame. It will certainly not be further developed either. They certainly don't have the nerve to upgrade every table. I tried to find a value with the Cheat Engine, I find the value but it cannot be changed anymore. Can anyone give me a tip on what exactly to look for?
The only way to change the number of each stack of inventory items is to save the game quickly after changing its value, and leave the game menu without doing anything and reload the save. I remember a friend mentioned it in the thread. Thank you very much. The solution he provided helps a lot. Currently I am working on my own server I am trying to find a way to do it on the server did the same but the only way I found I play on my own system I do what I want and after saving that file I will transfer the save to the server (currently only way and not a hack )
1000 thanks for this tip. It was worth gold. It actually worked. It works really well, but the problem is that you really have to do that for every single item. And unfortunately there are many items in the game.
Really a shame that the developer does such a shit. What I do "alone" in a single game is just my business and no one else. But the developer prevents that with his actions. Is there really no easier solution? Thanks again for this tip.
