Is there a current list of the known ID's for swapping/editing? I'd like to unlock all the transmogs, and it'd also be nice to know the ship customization ID's (or at least how to find them all, didn't see any of that listed in this new thread).

Check the original post he linked, it has downloads for the ID spreadsheets.
Just wanted to say thanks again for this. Once I figured it out, I flew through all of the cosmetics in a row without having to constantly save and load. Only took me like 20min. I still havent done the boat stuff since I started a new game and dont have access yet, but I'll do that tonight. Cosmetic DLC may be a cash grab and a waste of developer resources, but if it's already in the game, might as well use it. I'll be damned if I ever spent a dime on it though haha. Thanks. At least they offer in ingame way to get the stuff, it just takes too long.
Anyone knows who these guys are supposed to be? Found their hashid but didn't see them on any crew theme list. Are they supposed to be epic, legendary? Where would you normally get them? hashid is: 00000187342F7C8A
funny, that's Club item based on your screen. afar AC Origins, that would be kind of Twitch or similar events which are rewarded by special items not avail in uplay store
Does special lieutenant swapping work the same as all the other ship "cosmetics" or do I have to use a recruited lieutenant to swap?
Not at the moment. Lieutenant slot objects structured a bit different than Inventory. Swapping 1:1 does not work.
However.
By lucky chance you may replace any of inventory items and get lieutenant one. That is because of some kind of repair logic built in into ACOD. It recognizes broken inv. item and by repairing it creates fresh new lieutenant. Again, that is good luck.
I got all lieutenants by just swapping horses. Worked everytime. Just make sure to equip different horse after editing pitem. Then leave inventory and f5-f9
Reposting the Artemis set here, I got it by playing and finishing the Artemis quest, you have the printscreens, I have no idea what you need from them so you can add them to the Excel file:

Good luck
