Numpad 2 = Super Stealth/Invisible
Numpad 3 = No Reload
Numpad 4 = Easy Ammo
Numpad 5 = Easy Kills

CTRL + H == Disable all Hotkeys.

Could you expand a little bit on how super stealth/invisible works please? Does it freeze the AI? Does toggling on and off lead to crimes being spotted?

The trainer uses the built-in detection switch from the game. While on, the game thinks that the player is not around the enemies.
This option does not freeze the AI, the AI will stop moving because the AI only moves around when the player is near them, so if the
game can not find the player, then the AI will stop moving while the option is on.

Toggling the cheat on or off, will only disable the detection system. So if you committed a crime before turning this option on, then
the game game might mark you as such.
