If there is a new feature you've to be specific about it and tell me where I can find it and how to unlock.
Then I can look into it.

If you've issues, uninstall Cheat Engine and download and reinstall CE from the official homepage.

Pin ups are like still images that are unlocked through events or something.They appear in the memory album, after all the CGs you unlock with the girls.There's currently an event where you can unlock a swimsuit pin up, and I have a handful of others unlocked even though I have no idea how I got them. There's still pin ups and animated pin ups. One of the animated pin ups is unlocked when you buy the fox girl.
When I close and reopen, the only pin up I can see is the animated pin up of the fox girl, but when I reload a save file, more of them become unlocked.

You don't need Lazarus. If you compile Cheat Engine yourself, then you probably missing something.
Install Cheat Engine from here and simply "decline" in installer all the adware: [Link]
