Update for v20190403 (167353)/Steam version. Please don't use trainer online.
Last tested v20190717 (167796).

Also updated the old trainer for CODEX version.
Please don't use the steam version trainer on CODEX version of the game, some options will crash the game.

@fearlessrevolution since the latest update (22th of November) Revision number 167898 the trainer doesn't work anymore for a big part. Inf. Health and Stamina doesn't work. Invisible, invulnerable to all damage also doesn't work. Can you take a look at it?
