yes it is possible, use this tool to decrypt your CPY save and encrypt again with your uplay id. however note caveat: CPY is old version game 1.0.6 vs actual one 1.0.7

The tool works as intended, however I had to turn off my connection so it wouldn't sync with the 0% save files from uplay.

No.
There are 2 search methods (that apply to all kind of items):

1. you set "Value type" to "8 bytes" and enter the hashid into the search string
Here you have to subtract the result by -10

2. In his latest version of the editor budabum implemented a new search method that guarantee you to get only 1 result address.
If you use this method, you need to:
- set "Value type" to "Grouped" instead of "8 bytes" and subtract the result by -9 instead of -10.
- enter "BA:1 1:0 2:0x8000 w:4 8:0xHASH" (replace HASH with the hashid) as search string instead of only the hashid

I am unable to find them in the last version of the HashID_Table_Naval_Pack spreadsheet (22 Nov)

Lordsaphir created a table on page 4 that allowed to edit the resources but it didn't get updated so it is not working with the actual ACOD version.

Maybe someone's feeling bored today and is willing to update it to v1.07
