Even with picking just one extra bloodline, if you try and add multiple feats per level you're invariably going to end up glitching your level up UI. The solution proposed by Bag of Tricks is to remove every 'Key' section after the first 'Key' in every m_selectionsbylevel entry, but while that works, I have no idea what the knock-on effects would be, so I'm a bit leery of it.
Selections are used in Your class progression table, when You view Your char You see which traits You picked. I guess when You remove these and don't lower the level the UI might be glitching there since these "progressions" would be null.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
I've found that the screen glitches only when using bonus feats and such or rogue talents as extra talents. If I use just the normal feats at third, fifth, and so on, with no other bonus feat/feature/terrain bonus/whatever, the screen doesn't crash. For extra bloodlines/deity selection, cannot go past two without glitching. Some things seem to be hard coded but mainly the bonus feats glitch out, not the regular feats.

Right, I actually misunderstood it earlier on. You don't have to remove every 'Key' after the first, those just map to each level you took the ability in. What you do is you erase every blueprint after the 1st (possibly 2nd, depending on if the game allows it) one in each key - a quick way is to just use JSFormat and then Shift+End on the line, immediately after the blueprint you want to keep.
It's surprisingly quick, though it can get tedious doing it again and again.
FYI, bag of tricks just added build time and alignment switching.
The only thing it lacks (unless I am missing the option somewhere) from these trainers is the ability to alter overall player level. (Which is useful for adding class levels over level 20).

Agreed if it had the same set level i would be very happy with that there are other trainers that have a set level but only niedzielan cheat table does the job for me does anybody know the code for it so i can pass it on to m0nster so he can add it to bag of tricks
Thanks to Drummer I can play the game but I really would like Niedzielan table updated!
Agreed but i might have some good news for you i have asked m0nster to take a look at niedzielan cheat table to see if he can add some of the cheats to his mod big of tricks

that's great news. I hope he gets the item pointer thing into his mod then.
