[Request] Dragon Quest XI - Time of Day, Weather and Racing cheats

Other Info: There's a table out for the game that's awesome. However I'm looking for specific cheats if possible.
Time of Day - The ability to change from Day to Night or back. There's lot's of monsters that appear during one or the other.
Weather - There are several monsters that show up only when it's raining, so being able to force that would help greatly.
Racing Cheats - Something to let us always beat the record time (winning the race isn't THAT hard, but beating the set time can be damn near impossible).
