Well, I'm sorry, but I'm not sure I'm adding anything else unless something comes up as I play.
You can use the forge at any campsite. There's campsite's in the area with the Kingsbarrow. Just keep playing and you will get zoom. Otherwise always have a save at a campsite and use a Chimaira Wing.
It's alright, I understand, I can make do. Is there? Outside the Kingsbarrow? How'd I miss that?
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
When you use the damage multiplier, weather for the enemies or the heroes, it also makes you unable to die in the same way as having the 'Hero can't die' option on without having God Mode.

You take damage unless a hit would kill you.
HeroCannotDie is default On. If you want to die, turn that option to Off.
100% accuracy hitting moves would be nice, even if it effected the enemies as well. It'd be a good way to determine which bosses have immunities to certain spells.
You can tell this if it says 'Miss' or not when the spell doesn't effect them. If it says 'Miss' then the spell missed, if the spell didn't effect them but 'Miss' didn't appear then they're immune.
I have an issue with re-enabling the cheats. For one, the Perfection Pearl thing only worked once, even after exiting and re-entering all the menus. The other, I can't re-enable the table again after exiting Cheat Engine and loading it back up later in the same play session. The mouse cursor spins but nothing happens. It appears I have to exit the game before loading the cheats back up again.
Is "Monsters always drop Item" so much more difficult in this game than your Dragon Quest VIII cheat table for the 3DS version? Just asking. I liked your Dragon Quest VIII cheat table.
I am not sure if I am the only one or if I did something wrong but when I used the cheat to have stats higher then 999 I put it up to 9000 and my hp and mp glitched now it says I have like 20 or so of both of them. I tried lower the hp and mp back to under 999 but it didn't seem to change anything. It's not a big deal to me because with the stats I have I don't get attacked but just thought I would put it out there in case someone else might run into it.

To get the pointer for Perfection Pearls, go to Menu->Attributes->Everyone. If it is still not working then you may need to reenable the pointers script and try again.
As for your other problems, as long as you uncheck all the boxes that say <script> in the value column, before exiting cheat engine, you should be able to cheat later on in the same session, at least I have. Although you could just disable everything except the enable script and keep cheat engine on standby in the background.
I can't get the table to load on my end. I when I select the game under the process list, I can select the main entry (Dragon Quest XI steam) but the enable option below that is not selectable/or can not be enabled).
am I doing something in correctly? (I've already given CE run as admin access).

that also happens with the newest CE version next to the above.
We definitely need a few more options on the table:
- Always win in casino/tokens pointer
- All teleport locations available when using Zoom
- Unlock all spell from level 1
- Unlock all locked abilities on the skill tree
- Drop rate 100%
I mean, all this options have being done for other games, dunno why is so hard for this one.
To be honest folks, I'm playing the game and not looking for more options. It seems most of you don't appreciate the time it takes for your necessary options. It depends on how the game is coded as to how difficult the options to find.
