I can find the new offsets to some of these in this table but I have no idea how to get his script to work again.

This^ is the new health offset. You can't move ints or floats into an xmm0 register so you'll have to move it directly into the rbx+270 register.
Not sure what the rbx+454 was that was getting 0 moved into it so I wouldn't be able to fix that one.

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
