Re: Dragon Quest XI
I plan on doing a table for this game, but won't be able to start on it until the evening when it comes out next week. I will try to make it a good table.

Re: Dragon Quest XI
Should be running on Unreal Engine 4 I believe, was a bit surprised when I read about that as I expected it to be a custom engine (Though I guess it wouldn't be the Koei engine used for Heroes and the Warriors games.) although I guess the engine itself isn't terribly important and it's mainly down to if there's things like custom protection or DRM interfering but I wouldn't expect anything other than tied into the Steam API and possibly using Denuvo for protecting that.
A table could be quite useful for maybe reducing the grind a bit though this is the first PC release for a mainline Dragon Quest game so I haven't really experienced the series since the really old installments over on the NES, probably changed quite a bit since the old drag the princess back to the kingdom she ran away from formula hah.

Re: Dragon Quest XI
Oh, something else that could be good is some cheats for the smithing.
I don't know the exact mechanics of it, but it seems to be a heat thing, where you start with the metal hot, and pick where to hammer, improving the stats as you go, and trying to get the best you can before the metal is too cool.

Re: Dragon Quest XI
GMG keys are out, so off to preload it folks
I've would also request character edititor for editing stats, exp and other stuff.

Re: Dragon Quest XI
Got another request. There is a horse racing minigame. So being able to cheat in that (for unlimited speed boost or just super fast horse) would be awesome.
Apparently there's also some enemies you can fight in the field that have a glow around them. Beating those enemies will give you a travel option (you basically beat them into submission and mount them). Something to let you trigger the ride ability (on enemies it can apply to) would be handy I suppose.

I will try to do your requests as I get to the places I need to. Some of those things take a few hours of playtime to unlock.
I cannot start on a table until the evening on Tuesday; however, I did take the week off work for relaxing and playing DQ11.

Re: Dragon Quest XI
Even though it unlocks in a little bit, I have things to do this afternoon. I estimate around 6 PM EST before I can play. Just FYI.

Re: Dragon Quest XI
No worries. I have no skill at making actual tables, but I'm sure I will be able to at least find various values as I play each session.
Re: Dragon Quest XI
Game has been released, so far what i'm seeing ingame menus, everything looks easy to edit, should be even easy to edit with basic Cheat Engine, but no guarantee's there.
Graphics are way cool, even for JRPG those looks really good, i'm surprised.
I took it back, seems editing basic stats like attack and hp is somewhat different, i can't change those values, but then again i'm at very first part of the game, i try again when i can fight monster for exp.

Re: Dragon Quest XI
Having an item cheat would be handy. Something to basically let us highlight an item in our inventory and then edit how many we currently have. Would work wonders with stat seeds. I've been doing that with the 18 skill seeds we start with from pre-ordering the deluxe game. Got the main character all skills unlocked. :p
But yeah, I can only really find it if I have enough to search with to begin with. Would be nice to be able to adjust the amount we have as soon as we find one of anything. :p
