Its under [Berserk Knight's Scripts],then Character editor (make sure to change character slot there) then go to inventory and there you will see "Give Item" Scripts, open that change the item count and check the boxes you want
I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or something has changed, but I'm trying the seikur0 highlighted weapon option to change damage on weapons and it doesn't appear to work. The weapon still does the same amount of damage that it would've before the modification of stats.

Have you tried un-equipping then re-equipping that weapon after you've modified it? I find that I often need to do that to get the desired effect.
Is there a way to add skills to your skill list directly with this?
If I remm correctly, back on 3DS there was a cheat that allowed you to have up too 24 skills of your choice always active. Is there anything similar too that?
Would like to start a character over, and have a set of QOL skills always active like Scholar & Forager without having to worry about which armor or charm I have on.
