I have tried this, but the item is not being appraised from any currently accessible quest. Tried that with several investigations, optional quests, and expeditions. The reward screen just went straight to the money/ HR points page, skipping the appraisal page. So for those who wanna try, we do have to wait until the siege dropped on Friday.
Or.. are there any other way?
How did you get this to work? My game always crashed when I add sublimated weapons to my pouch or to the box. Didn't get it to run more than 3 seconds after adding and closing the item menues.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Have you update the table? Just confirming a few seconds ago, and editing the pouch still works, i event went to the quest and go back again. No crash and I could even move the sublimated weapon back and forth to the item box.
There is a check when you pick up the kulve taroth track, and there is also a check on monster part break. Cut off a bazelguess tail and crashed 3 seconds later.
Also would like to added that talking to the botanist guy crashed the game when those scripts are on.
So looking into this a bit more, I didn't find any reason for my scripts to be crashing. However, looking into the anti-cheat bypass, the AOB returned nothing, so I'm pretty sure that is what is causing the crashes. It's either that or they added a bit more to it. Unfortunately, at the moment I'm not sure how to go about fixing it.. Not sure when Seikur0 will be back either. I'll see what I can do in the meantime.

I tried using the item highlight editor, but it seems the item code have been changed so the old ones no longer works? Of course the Kurve Taroth items don't map to anything, however, the codes of old items map to completely different things. I'd love to have that updated.

And second Im confused on how the Pointers work is there anyone here who can explain it me..
It was working before the update.
The pointers were added early on because some people broken their games trying to modify available weaponry in the smithy, the pointers allowed a user with broken npcs to fix the npcs as some of their npcs would disappear and their save would be broken essentially, the pointers have additional uses too, but they don't concern a great deal of players.
Basically pointers are like check values for things, 0=off, 1=on, the pointers for poogie the pig go from 0 to 8 i believe, for the different outfits iirc.

Do I have to go to monster material tab when I use highlighted item pointer to give myself sublimated weapons? I tried it earlier today and it resulted in a mess where a few slots in my item boxes will just go blank
