So the "resources" in game are:
Neo-N (fuel)
Scrap (money)
Commandos (troops for ground missions)
In combat you have your ship health (which can be hit with critical conditions like fires and hull breaches)
Unit health for all your units you have flying about.
Focus points (which are "locked" to arm weapons/fleets and spent to fire weapon or move fleets around) which slowly charge over time.
There's also a charge time for weapons.
As with FTL, there's also that "enemy approach" system where from the left of the map every turn a zone of enemies keeps spreading. If there is some way to stop that as they did with the FTL trainers, that would be awesome. Give us a lot more time to explore. :)
