[Solved] The Witcher Enhanced Edition

I'm looking after a table for The Witcher Enhanced Edition (STEAM version).
Found this table the_witcher_enhanced_edition_v1.4.5.1282_954.ct but it makes the game crash.

It doesn't seems to work on my Steam version 1.4.5.1304.
Maybe a new table is required ?
