A "false negative" is when it doesn't detect anything malicious when it actually is, but a "false positive" is when it detects something malicious when it actually isn't. But yeah that's what you were told in the other topic you posted about this, that it was most likely a "false positive" as most trainers will trigger "false positives". The whole messing with other processes' memory or injecting DLLs tends to freak out most Malware scanners.
