here's my table for Doom 3: BFG Edition (made for the current version on the 25th of March 2017) with included cheats for the old games. It features pointers for health, armor and all ammo types (which after hours of testing seem to work 100%, at least for me). Of course there are some scripts as well:
* God mode ("freezes" health at 200)
* God mode (same as above but with 999 health - when 200 just won't cut it)
* Unlimited armor ("freezes" armor at 200)
* Unlimited armor v2 (your armor value won't get decreased)
* No nightmare damage (I've not tested this one extensively but it disables the damage you'd normally get every few seconds on the highest difficulty setting)
* Unlimited stamina (Why does this game even have stamina?)
* Unlimited stamina v2 (same as above but different code-wise)
* Unlimited ammo in clip
* Unlimited ammo (stash)
* Unlimited oxygen (I hate those "you have to rush"-moments)
* Unlimited flashlight
There's also two other god mode types, but they might fuck up -> your screen gets dark because the game thinks you're dead but you aren't.
AAAAND here's the stuff for the classic Doom 1 & Doom 2 games:
As above there are pointers for your current health (the second pointer sadly is jumpy and for a "good" freeze of the values, you NEED to freeze both values; I'd recommend using the scripts instead), armor and all of your ammo types including the maximum value your backpack can hold.
Here are the scripts:
* God mode part 1 (activate both to be invulnerable!)
* God mode part 2 (activate together with god mode part 1 for this to work!)
* Unlimited armor (no damage towards armor)
* Unlimited armor (reset to ~200 armor points after having been damaged)
* Unlimited ammo (freeze ammo value at 400)
Have fun! Cheers!
