tested on Steam and 1.215G GOG Version:
CHEAT ENGINE 7.0

Its Unity coz this you need to do somethings to activate the scripts:

-InfStamina
Use roll then you can activate the script

-InfAmmo
Shoot to activate script

-InfHealth
Get hit by an Enemy and script will work

-Pointers
-Money
-Infos/Investigate
Pointers on ??? are normal until you pick up some Money

-No Death trough Sanity/Mind
Increase/Decrease some Sanity to activate

-No Sanity Gain
Increase/Decrease some Sanity to activate

-Move item in inventory increases amount
move item to another slot to activate

-Items will not decrease while using
throw/use a item

edit : managed to find and open the developer mode
enable script and press BackQuote key to open (on german keyboard its "ö")





edit 2 : i managed to get all items names from Unity ScriptableObject->DataBaseManager.itemDataBase for console command add_item

Out of curiosity, do you know if it's possible to enable the developer mode manually without using the cheat engine, maybe by adding a specific line of text in some file in the game? Thanks!
