Saw there was no max payne 2 table so used the code from the wheel of fates max payne 1 table to quickly whip this up. Worked for the entire game with no glitches didn't test with the bonus chapters.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I was able to figure out a infinite health cheat, just finished the game with it today using steam.
This is my first AOB injection script and i'm kind of proud
I added it to this cheat table.

Added inifinite bullet time based on the wheel of fates table.
