Unfortunately I'm not going to install this game in the nearest future so it seems like you better look for guides about finding pointers and update table by yourself

Don't leave us!
P.S. Is it very difficult to learn this for a person who has never done it?

Nah its pretty simple if you use ce built-in pointer scanner

I'll ask a different question - what values in the game were you looking for to update the offset values to update the addresses of your table?
Look for points invested in attributes. Just press minus near attribute until you cant anymore. It would mean you have 0 points invested in this attribute. Then just add points and look for new value.
When you successfully find address, add it to list, right-click on it and pick "Generate pointermap". Then restart game, and do whole thing again. After generating second pointermap, right-click on address and pick "Pointer scan for this address" or whatever, i dont remember, then in pointerscanner window pick "Use generated pointermap" and open freshly generated one. Then click "Compare to previous scans", open previous pointermap and choose correct old address. No need to touch any other setting. Et voila. Best if you find exactly same pointer as in my table with new address, but if you dont just chose any address from found pointers and try to put it in my pointers. Some of them should work

The base address can be found, but the maximum limit is 25 Modifying any points in CT has no effect on the attributes. If you play the game again, the points will be restored, which is too difficult for beginners.
i can point scan for attributes but cant seem to lock down the passive points address, anyone know a tip? am i wrong for scanning exact value? i've tried all and unknown initial value for scanning but cant lock it down.

If you found working pointer for attributes you can easily make pointer for passive points. They differ only by last offset and you can count this difference subtracting last offsets from my table.
If it won't work for some reason - at 1 level you have 1 passive point, at 100 you have 100 despite all bonus points from deeds and etc. They stored in other place. Just create new char and get some lvlups, address should be same until you leave to main menu

It's too difficult for a novice!
CE has inbuilt tutorial. You can learn enough from it to follow my instructions, they are all about basics of CE
