Everything (item qty, pp, xp, money, health, etc...) seems to be 4 Bytes * 2 + 1

You can search for XP of a PKMN and browse memory for the IVs



In memory it is

EXP > ATK iv > DEF iv > SPD iv > SpA iv > SpD iv (wasn't able to find the HP IV for whatever reason ?)
