I tried out Sigan's latest table and quite a few options still work. I only tested a few like infinite materials and durability. I'd say give the old table a shot and see what still works.

I just did fairly extensive testing with fantomas's [Raft.Update.13.CT] table from Jun 21, 2021. ALL options work with game version 13.01. Then I tested with the new/current versions 1.0 and 1.02 from June 2022. Everything still works with the following EXCEPTIONS. I hope this info is helpful to users, or the devs.
v1.0 - *** ALL work EXCEPT for [UNLIMITED TANK AMOUNT]
v1.02 - *** ALL work EXCEPT for [CLOCK] [UNLIMITED BATTERY V2] [UNLIMITED TANK AMOUNT]

I dont think the tables do this but its easy if you can call the relevant code. For reference, CharacterManager.UnlockAllCharacters() (static method in Assembly-CSharp.dll) will do it. Its been a while since I've tried to use the monodatacollector to call .net methods and its usually been more annoying than its worth so I use other techniques but those are not CE based.
