1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

It can't be dropped, so I need a way to change it.

What do I do if some of the cheats in the table stop working? Example, I get on my game one day, go to activate the usual cheats, some will work, but ones like item swap, which worked fine the day before, just up and stop working?

I have upgraded to Pro but I have a problem. I am using cheat engine 6.6 (after trying 7.4) and umstealthedit-x86_64.dll on Windows 10. I am using the attached table. After I run the game and then double click on the .CT file it loads and loads the game information but when I try to check any of the scripts is returns errors such as <<error in line 5(stealtheditex (ffffffffffffffff,14052BB1C,1)) This instruction can’t be compiled. I followed the directions on the youtube video but always get the failing result. Can you help? - Bob

Hi, seems that the table doesn't work properly, at least on 1.02 version of the game.
No way to set the HP; if you check HP, it blocks the stamina.

Any idea to fix this?

Hi!

I need some help: is there anything I can do to "undo the placement" of the Lordvessel?

I'm missing only one achievement (Darkwraith Covenant) and I just discovered that if I deliver the Lordvessel before beating the Four Kings it becomes impossible to get it.

Or, if anyone knows a way of making Kathee appear, I'll be much grateful.

I tried to use CE on updated Dark Souls Remastered, and when I tried to do something via CE, and game crushed.

Steam (if your game is in this "platform") and game should be in offline mode only.
You might have tried to use it in online mode and got Game to crash....?

I know its a bit late.. But, to the people that are struggling to get the " Item Swap " to work, you need to install the StealthEdit plugin that is linked above the cheat table link.. Installing that has fixed the issue for me, I hope it does the same for you.
