I think the "UICharacterCreationManager Base Address Scan Initialization" is not working (V1008), I can´t enable it. Could someone else confirm this? Everything else is fine...

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I can use it just fine. I have GOG version V1.1.0.0035. Use it while creating character or during level-up screen.

It would probably be best to wait 'till a week or so after the new DLC, so any bugfix/patches can be applied and not waste Shinkansen's latest table work.
