With the enormous list of changes with Repentance, i'm not particulary surprised the table does not work at all.
I'm impressed that the table does not crash the game.
They for some reason disabled access to the debug and to the workshop mods in-game.
Can someone please make a script that re-enables the debug access and workshop mods?

You can re-enable them by editing the options.ini file located in Documents/My games/The binding of Isaac Repentance
Beware tough, that doing so disable Achievments and Unlocks, even if not using the console.
As the table don't work with the update, and I had things to do/unlock on Afterbirth+, I prefer to continue playing it, without Repentance DLC. I tested and I'll only move on when the table is ready.
So I downgraded/downdated (contrary of Update I suppose) the game, just unchecked the Repentance DLC and went back to Afterbirth+ DLC content. Just a tip for others like me that want to still playing the previous DLC with the table that works.
Watching this thread made me realize there was never a good one for Antibirth. I recall we were just told to use one for Rebirth which mostly worked. Problem is one of the new characters Jacob and Esau is essentially two characters in one, each with completely seperate stats, hearts and item counts and inventories for trinkers, card/pills and active items. No one's ever accounted for them in a CT.
They're an unlockable character alongside Bethany from Antibirth, the mod that officially became part of the main game. They're two characters in one, controlled by you but with two sets of stats and things to scan for (if one dies they both die)
