As of current version the V5 table still works for the main game ;but crashes the event.
It's still ok to just set 9999 hash coins in the main game to take into the event
then close CE.
That's more than enough Hash coins to unlock everything in the event running right now for sure in
case any one comes to post asking for the table to be updated.
V4 isn't functioning properly any more(for me any ways).

That's odd, it works perfectly fine here.
Do you have the latest Cheat Engine installed?
And may I also ask from what country you might be in (for windows) as my friend had trouble with a table of a different game one time aswell.
He was french, had the same cheat engine, but it made his crash. And I wonder if this has to do something with the language of windows or something similar.
still working on latest game, with few crashes where one is note able on free upgrades the car upgrade gets stuck if you dont have the scrap.
Well even if I could manage, which would probably take some time. There are points that I feel makes it not worthy:
1: Maxing out this game means you have nothing left to do
2: Skipping levels/seasons could be troublesome as some seasons grant you certain key points for the story. (which might end up softlocking or w/e)
I had more in mind but forgot them. What you could do is just use the 'no goals' thing with that you can end the season.

Hey, could you add the flashback trunk to the file or maybe figure out a way to download older versions of the game on Steam? Because it says that there is a new version, update the game and you get a "go to store" button. Maybe change the "go to store" button's effect to actually start the game if that's possible. Not really sure how it works. Doing a research so this would really help!
Edit: Or maybe a way to unlock locked characters and then costumes but not sure if that would be possible/easy.
Edit 2: Contacted support team and they said they've disabled older versions of the game for safety reasons so I guess this is it then. Just hope to get the flashback trunk again.
