you need to change fTotalPerkPointsEarned

as mentioned above skill points visually add but cant seem to spend them,you get the small ring go around when you attempt to purchase a perk but does not actually purchase .

So I think I have found a bug, when I had a map on my backpack, it is duplicated many times when the unlimited ammo was on. So now neither I can pickup any map nor sell any of them (it just doesn't show up in the backpack.) Getting mad at myself now.
